Kia Davis is an author, teacher, and trainer specialized in small business growth. Kia has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, and advised private equity and venture capital investors on portfolio company growth opportunities, and governments on developing a healthy tech startup ecosystem.
Kia published the book “Flashpoint 100: Radical Business Growth in 100 Days”, as well as several industry and research papers for clients including Google, the UK Government Office for Science, Santander Bank, GE, and the sovereign wealth fund Mubadala. Kia develops and delivers workshops for tech entrepreneurs, as well as corporate executives on the innovation mindset. Kia is also an adjunct professor at the American University in Dubai, teaching on business, technology, and society.
